Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. When someone calls your previous places of employment, what can they legally ask? I was told they can verify length of employment. I’ve heard they can or can’t ask if they would hire you back, I was told they cannot ask your previous salary. Does anyone know the facts?
