How do you measure days open and days to fill? Does the clock start when you post position and stop after an offer is accepted?
Typically from when it is posted to when the candidate joins.
Hello! We have reporting that tracks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (not including the near-daily ad hoc requests out team gets).
Daily: open reqs, offers extended, terminations, etc. that can all be divided out by region, job family, and recruiting team
Weekly: time to hire, time to fill, referrals and their attributed bonuses, DEI metrics for new hires
Monthly: all applications, interviews, unique applications, new hires, offers extended, offers accepted, terminations, etc.
Time to Find-days from posting to date of hired candidate’s application submission.
Time to Accept-days from posting to hired candidate’s acceptance.
Time to Start-days from posting to start date.
