I have 6.5 YOE nad currently highly underpaid. Worked as a Senior Consultant with only 5.5 LPA in the PMO segment. Hold an offer of 9.5LPA from PWC. I am looking for more options and interviews. Got an offer from a large tech PE company for their value creation team. Team is relatively experienced - however, their offer is lower than my current salary as a consultant at a T2 firm. I’m highly valued at my firm and my trajectory is already fast tracked. Would it make sense to leave in this case for the mere name recognition of this PE fund?
