Make $120k Accenture now doing tech implementations, just got offer 200k TC EY business consulting. I love my job, have a great WLB (working 20 hours per week, no travel, clear path to M in about 1.5 years) - am I an idiot for even contemplating staying? What I would be doing is more PPT/functional vs Onestream/technical which I do now.

Would probably depend on the company. In my own experience, I joined a week before the PY ended last year, and I still got a 3% raise and a 2% bonus. I was expecting nothing considering I had billed zero hours and was only part of the company for 5 days that year
makes sense...i’m thinking if i had to do formal performance reviews for 2019 then i should be getting one
Totally depends on the company, its performance year, review frequency, and payout policy.
Some are on a January-December PY, others on a different PY. Some do annual reviews, others do semiannual or even quarterly reviews. Some do payouts after every review, others require that you be with the firm for X amount of time before getting a layout, review or not.
I worked for a firm like the latter scenario: joined in October, had my first annual review in February, but didn't get a raise till the following February because the company had a policy that you be in seat 6 months before a payout.
