CCTC: 7.3LPA
I’m holding an offer at
EY for 14LPA and
EPAM for 15.5LPA+1L joining bonus + 0.5L relocation benefit
I have cleared my interview with Tekion corp and from most of the posts I got to know that Tekion pays well and gives ESOP.
I will be having salary discussion at Tekion today, how much could I expect on my CTC and ESOP considering all the factors? Please suggest!

Analyst roles to which I’ve been applying. I’m currently in higher Ed and could be doing the same work, with much better work culture, environment, and salary elsewhere. Billing is about to drive me over the edge. I hate it. I love the law, generally like most aspects of my job, but the billing is awful. I feel super depressed and burnt out because of it. My bills are okay. I just don’t have 8 hours worth of work everyday/when I work for 7 hours on a substantive document I’m exhausted. I don’t know if I can keep this up. Any advice? I have amazing opportunities at my firm so idk if I want to leave but this is awful

How bad is it to causally entertain calls and interviews from other firms trying to recruit me? I have a decent job, not unhappy. However, there are certain things that would incentivize me to move, but I’m not per se looking to leave.

Working all day Sunday after a long week because partner promised client an F-1 draft that I had 3 days to complete with a full additional workload since we’ve lost all except one other mid/senior. Not Big Law so not being paid close to market and did not receive a promised bonus for Q1. Not happy.

My current billable hours target is 2100 and I am considering moving to a firm with 2000 minimum. Regardless of the compensation, would a 100 hour difference make some different or would it feel just the same?

I’ve worked at the same firm for almost 5 years. I’ve received an end of year bonus of varying sizes- my first year, my paycheck was doubled. The last 3 years, I’ve received 25k-30k bonuses. This year I received a bonus in April (20k) and one in July (15k) but I still expected an end of year bonus. I didn’t get it even though this has been my most profitable year yet. Should I just assume those earlier bonuses were INSTEAD of an end of year bonus or should I ask my boss?

What should I expect to pay for some career coaching, maybe 2-3 times a month for the summer, to improve my confidence and clarity on career goals? Recommendations for coaches would be appreciated! I'm thinking of a generic coach not a lawyer coach - I am in public interest law & do not have the income for lawyer hourly rates.
