What nonaccounting jobs require or value a CPA license? Eg: accounting professor

Does anyone have the 2020 SHRM books for sale or to borrow? My job won’t contribute towards my certification. I’ve already paid for my test. I have the books from 2015 but I’d like to study from the 2020. I tried finding them online to purchase but sellers of affordable books aren’t responding.

To what extent is MBB a "mini network" itself? They say it's easier to land exits when you have firm alum at your target company. If you're at one MBB, does that same logic apply (to a lesser extent) for people at the target company who were formerly at a different MBB than me?

I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
