First ask yourself if you really need it/worth your time. Not sure about CFP but the CPA and CFA are multiple year commitments. Besides the money the time is a big cost.
If you really do need the certification, make a study schedule and stick to it, even if it’s an hour a day, always try to stick to your schedule, occasional variations is fine but always try to get back on track.

Honestly if you’re a licensed actuary, I’m sure the CPA exam will be a piece of cake. Actuary exams are insane
I'm an auditor and want to become an actuary. I know people who went that route and became a hot commodity in the firm because they knew both world. So I would imagine that you getting a CPA would have the same effect, assuming you are in PWC actuarial group that also help out audits.
