Bowlers, 10 yoe, sitting on a 70k EUR gross + benefits (Italy, median salary in Italy is 32) in a tier3 firm.
I see a few alternatives
1) switch to acn or big4 whenever
2) switch to pure manager , as I'm currently in a "technical manager" position, but that track has no real "direct upgrade" path, hence I'd have to pivot back in order to reach sm in 2-3 years
3) remove the rust from my DS/Algo and try for fang positions across Europe
4) sit and wait 30 years for retirement
