80%+ on-time with United

Doesn't always leave on time but United usually gets me in on time, if not early

like

80% with Southwest

like

About 75% on united, has slipped since continental merger, used to be better than 90%, just shy of. 2 million miles behind that opinion

Outbound Monday AM. American 100%. Return Thursday Night. American. 40%. If only it was the reverse

like

Who cares if it departs on time. Just care about arrive on time

I don't track depart, but I'm about 1 in 4 with American for arrivals. A lot of it had tondo with him much they pad the flight time.

6th straight Sunday that I've been delayed

The Thursday nights are at least couple hours as well

Monday morn def better than Thursday pm. Delays stack throughout the day

I’m having my performance review tomorrow. Looked at my goals last year which was set before the pandemic really hit. Since it really affected business and travel I didn’t hit most of my goals. Plus I was really depressed (who wasn’t really) so I didn’t take much initiative. What’s a good way to navigate this...?

Looking for a nice looking, sturdy, comfortable to carry travel duffel with a cross body strap. I always travel with my Louis Vuitton Keepall 55 bandoulière as a carry on, with mainly my shoes and handbags in it - but i took her in to LV for a repair and due to supply issues she will sadly not be back in time for my trip to Italy in September. (The repair may take 10 months, WTF!) I would appreciate any recommendations, and would love for it to be similar in size to the Keepall 55.

Is it just me or are there entirely too many people in Business Services, specifically TC’s, who are just folks from client service that don’t want to deal with hours and travel anymore but have no formal training in the Business Services function they transition to? It seems to me very few TC’s are professionals in HR with any background, training or certifications in HR.

Hello Fishes,

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF on 26th September. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

Anyone please advise.

I know I have several options when it comes to BC but looking for recommendations of what has worked best for you. I don’t like to mess w my hormones and at the same time don’t like the idea of getting stuff inserted within me. If those are the only 2 choices, I ll go w pills.
