What other firms have a 2340 total hour goal? That includes charge and non-charge hour goals. Say your charge hour is 1650, you will need 690 non charge hours as well.

Ours is 2350 total, 1650 billable as a senior. But as you go up, total hours goes up and the billable portion goes down. I believe it’s 2400 total for manager, 1500 of which is billable

Big4 M&A tax. Chargeable goal of 1350

We don't have a non-chargeable goal. Not really sure what the point if that would be?

Our design has it there to remind people that they aren’t supposed to work crazy high hours all year. Our count also includes time off, so ultimately ours averages 45 hours a week all year round, but when you do 60 for 8-10 weeks in tax it makes the goal pretty much 40 every week except the busy season.

Thank you for the replies.
