Hi, I’m the US office & marketing coordinator for a fintech recruitment company w/ HQ in the UK (Started 6/21, $52k, based in Chicago). Apart from the Talent Acquisition/HR Head I’m the only staff in the US - all others are recruitment consultants w/ base salary + commission. Not only do I already assist w/ HR/onboarding, I work in almost every other operations aspect (IT, finance, etc) & manage US marketing under the global head. I think I deserve $60-65k. Need some advice. Started a few months ago a new job through internal transfer as a lead role in a bank for $350TC. Amazon Web Services keeps messaging me daily for a Principal role and I’m not really in the job market but I think I’ll go through the interview process. I was thinking of demanding the following but I’m not sure how realistic for a remote principle role this is

Base: $240k
Cash Bonus: $110k
Signing Bonus: $150k
RSU: 9,100 shares ($1m PV) in (50/20/15/15)

Started a new job back in January. Creative Director, a team of 7. Went back & fourth in negotiating. Offered 110k. Asked for 120k, settled on 115k. I even threw in that I was taking a hit with benefits, needing to pay 5k more as compared to my position I was leaving. That’s how I got it to 115k. At my annual I plan to address again, in partnership with the impact this position will have made this past year. What do other creative directors earn, if you don’t mind sharing? Industry av says 136k
