About 16.5% pre tax and 25% of my post tax income without year-end bonus. If I include bonus, I think it would be around 13% and 21% pre and post tax. One bedroom in LIC.
I pay almost identical pre-bonus percentages on my LIC 1 bedroom as a fourth year. There are a lot of junior and mid-level associates spending in this range in the neighborhood.

And I live on the UWS (68th and Columbus) with 1 roommate
17% post tax, West Village. Live alone, 1 bedroom.

Yea I graduated with 300k in debt so I pay it pretty aggressively
