Got an offer for Electronic Arts (EA) Manager for North America (Canada) remote for 100k base CAD, 15 percent bonus and around low 40ks RSU (assuming it's USD). How much higher can the base be in Canada for EA for a Manager role? Base seems low even at 110 CAD. It's a corporate role so not anything technical or product related. Most or all the more senior managers are in the USA. Electronic Arts (EA)
Wait, y’all are getting bonuses?! 👀
That is what I am trying to figure out at other companies cause ours is between 7-9% depending on position. I am wanting to switch companies but that yearly bonus makes it difficult to leave.
3-6% and I’ve been with this company for almost 4 years now. I can’t do it anymore.
That sucks!

Busy by pharma standards and attrition is not good and therefore lack bench depth of true experts in clinical side who have worked in the area long long time. Pay is better relative to most of other pharma. Prospectus is good with strong existing blockbuster (eylea) and emerging one (dupixent), so relatively stable but still with upwards possibilities.
25% to 40% depending on level
30%, usually funded at at least 150%
People at lower levels are usually 10-15%, with the same funding percentage.
8-15% based on level
How do you know how much bonus your company gives? Never even heard of any bonuses in the 4 places I’ve worked in the past
The target % would have been in your offer letter. The calculation (business vs. personal performance) should be posted on your company site within HR. You would know if there is a bonus as it would have been part of your total comp negotiation.
7.5% but the multiplier usually makes it double, if not more
