yes. the only difference though is it's deemed an investment account and cannot setup direct deposit, so you just need to schedule recurring deposits from another account. definitely worth switching if youre using another bank with lower rates

Hi all! I’m looking for some insight as I’m thinking through the possibility of moving away from John Deere. I have 18 years with John Deere, managing anything from entire vehicle programs to smaller software or hardware feature enhancements. Prior experience in quality engineering and design engineering. I have an MS and BS. Some business consulting on the side. With the new possibilities in remote work, many new doors have opened and I’m looking for new potential challenges and opportunities.

When are you overstepping in a work environment and when are you not? What about micromanaging? How do you tell the difference?

For example, a calendar invite was created by a Product Owner but I saw that one of our designers that should be included is missing from the invite, so I tagged her on slack to see if she needs the invite forwarded or not and wanted to make sure she's included.

We're both Design Leads, no reports. I just joined 2mths ago.

Did I micromanage? Or overstep?

Does anyone use Universal Local Campaigns? A client wants supplemental support for specific locations. I’ve never run a ULC campaign targeting a single location - any idea if this would compete with our existing campaigns targeting the same locations (we run campaigns targeting location groups by region)? Can a ULC targeting a single location see scale without sacrificing too much cost/store visit efficiency? Google Help articles are, unsurprisingly, no help.

I live in a US/Canada border state and have considered getting my Ontario law license. It could help expand the firm footprint and make me useful in another area. Has anyone done this? Thoughts?

Thinking about becoming a freelance EA/HR doing contract based work. Full clean up for CEO's that are drowning in their administrative duties and need help. Anyone ever do this or entertain this idea?
Last year when I got hired at my current company my boss was drowning, I basically cleaned up his life, did renovations to the office, and took on responsibilities others didn't have time for within three months. Now a year later I want to make a switch.
Any advice?! TIA!
