Received the email saying TCS will deduct health insurance premium for entire year. I have about a month left in TCS. Found some random quora answer about converting it to individual policy before leaving, does anybody have any idea about this process. And will converting to individual policy help me avoid paying the entire premium for my parents.

I am not good at disciplining myself to study. Like, I may have ADD or am just not motivated enough, I'm not sure. I can only get through 20 minutes at a time, and after or before work I am usually too tired to think about it. Any advice? I know I need to change this for other reasons too

I’d to get a job in a small architecture firm or work for a developer to help build up my network. I recently graduated college last year and am trying to pursue certifications to help build up my resume. I currently hold an AWS SAA certification and Azure AZ -900. I am looking to try and obtain the CISSP next. Is there something else I should start with before diving into CISSP or should I direct my studying and focus in that direction?

Been trying to find a new job because $112k just doesn't seem right for 3+ years as an Eng 3. On the east coast wanting to move out to California. Not getting many bites. Do employers ignore applications for people who would need to relocate?

Should you stay in a position that has very limited promotion opportunities because of its org structure? We have a relatively small team of various bands of staff level who report to a Director who has no intentions of adding additional mgt layers (understandably). There is apparently growth opportunities on a IC track, but those don’t seem to be granted as often as management promotions. If I want to grow into a more strategic role overall, what other options should I look into/discuss?

Our company is attempting to move from basic agile to the scaled agile framework (SAFe). In preparation, we are trying to make clear who will fit into each role. There’s some confusion around the “business owner” role, and what titles might assume the role. Would an IT manager be an example of a “Business Owner”? IT director? Management on the business side?
