Hi Everyone!! Looking for opportunities/referrals for senior consultant profile in ESG domain.
current experience 4 years
preferred organisation: Big4 or MBB
I’m updating my resume and I’m wondering what HR people are actually looking for/care about? If I have had two jobs out of college (graduated 2020), should I still put down my internships? Does it matter if I put down Microsoft proficient or is that just assumed now? Does the award I earned in high school for community service matter?
Looking for some advice. I have a Heloc with a 75k line. Should I tap 50k of it to buy another property which will net me a 10% return (after first mortgage and loc interest is paid)? Then, I would pay down the line by 3-4k per month. The 10% return would equate to $250 per month. OR do I just save up more cash and not tap the line (as much) and make $400 per month on the rental. Option 1 or 2 make more sense?
I’m a clinical manager at a small practice( one provider) in which we are extremely understaffed. I am currently juggling multiple roles of front desk and surgery scheduling duties plus managerial duties. My pay is 22/hr. Just wanted to ask if that is a fair pay, because lately I’ve been feeling burnt out and underpaid for the amount of work i put in.

How the hell do you get a decent hotel for Cannes Lions? Bunch of us from my company are going for the first time, and the stuff that’s left over that’s in center of town is crap. Is there a secret? Company won’t let us rent a villa because it would be “staying together”…
I’ve been working as a junior copywriter about a year. I know my job is about finding creative ideas, but I’m not sure how. I’ve been struggling a lot and questioning my creativity, since I can’t think of any idea which would win an award. I don’t even know if I’m the problem or not about this. I also couldn't talk about this with anyone. Please guide me to find ways such as senior copywriters find brilliant ideas.

The majority of my team doesn’t listen to me. When I speak, my contributions are routinely talked over or dismissed. However, if account or creative brings up the same point, people listen.

I agree with this statement, and am a huge fan of R/GA’s twitter account, which is famous. However, I was curious abt how you would feel if your agency tweeted this, esp if you don’t agree.
The CCO’s of Edelman and The Marketing Arm made the Adweek 100 “Leaders Reshaping The Industry.”
For them to be on there but not see any of the CCO’s from places like Mischief, Rethink, Droga5, DDB Chicago or Wieden makes me question their criteria for picking these things.
I usually make about $350-$800 a month in freelance on top of my normal income. I’ve never made more than a couple grand a year in freelance, so this is new to me. What’s the best way to navigate this tax-wise?

People keep reaching out to me about roles, but when I ask about salary it’s way lower than what I’m looking for. Feels like I’m getting gaslit but I think as an AD in NYC with 5 years (4 in agency and 1 in-house) I should make 120-130k and be able to have a Senior title. That’s how much other people have told me. Is that wrong? Am I asking for too much?
Wondering what the current market value for Senior Account Executives is? If anyone has any insight, please include where you’re based. I’m based in DFW but willing to relocate.
