How can I get in with corporate without the proper experience? I was paralegal assistant for 2 years at a PI firm, got my paralegal AA degree, promoted to lit paralegal. I have about 10 months of lit experience. I love the experience and I love my boss for teaching me the ropes, but my heart's not in PI. I'm more interested in contract law and the transcational side. I want to be able to learn more and I feel like I need to start now.

Has anyone bought a house/condo abroad (vacation home or investment)? Any words of advice? South America vs Europe? Did you have to put 100% cash? We always wanted to do so, but we are finally at the point where we can actually consider it in the next 3-5 years.
