What private equity firms are best to work for from a reputation perspective?

I’m just starting out in the corporate world and I’m finding it hard to adjust. Being a naturally soft spoken person, people tend to talk over me and interrupt me most of the time…is this normal? Or am I just working at the wrong place?
I’d appreciate any advice I can get.

I’m looking for some advice on “commission only” salespeople. This is for a startup with a great foundation. It has good branding and a great website. All it needs now is hungry sales professionals with experience to build this startup into something big! I know very little about sales management and need to know if this is a viable option and how to go about getting started. Thank you.

I've got Covid, and I'm concerned about my blood oxygen that I measure using my phone (S9). Most of the time it shows dangerous levels like 88%-92%. When I first saw it, I called an ambulance and their device showed 97% so they said there's no reason to worry and left, but my phone was also showing 97% once they left. Now I keep measuring it and most of the time it's too low and once in a while gets to normal. How accurate are these phone sensors? Should I be concerned?
