McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Hiiii! You'll need to know Gantt charts (e.g. MS Project, SmartSheet), Kanban Boards (e.g. MS Planner, Trello), combo package / platform (e.g. Asana, Wrike, Hive, Monday.com), and JIRA or Team Foundation Server can be found, among other things.
Of course, MS Office , especially Excel is often used.
Specific to pharma, you'll likely run into ProofHQ or similar for editorial reviews. I've seen pretty extensive use of Adobe Acrobat as things go through Med/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review.
