Currently: invision, framer x. XD is getting better but still no video/gif support last time I checked.
I used to say Principle is probably the easiest to learn, but tbh XD is pretty fast especially bc of auto animate. Framer is a really robust tool but has a steeper learning curve. And there’s always invision.
There’s about 60 tools currently. I’m on all of those posted above but there is also origami, flinto, figma and proto.io. My recommendation would be in order of difficulty InVision studio, Adobe XD, principle then framer x
Framer doesn’t necessarily require html/css/js and if you’re not comfortable with that portion you just don’t use it. I find it the best overall, been using it for over 2 years now
Sketch , to AE
Do you guys feel that Framer is a better tool to learn / use? I personally have never used it, but have heard it involves html & css?
Framer x
InVision Studio has a lot of potential, but it's still buggy and missing some key features, so it's not perfect. Sketch + InVision doesn't have the layout flexibility of Studio, but it does have other features Studio lacks. So we use both.
