What qualities separate a consultant or associate from senior consultant or senior associate? How can you demonstrate that in interviews?

I m doing leet code problem solving practice since last two months to crack coding interview however I feel it is hard to solve medium and hard category problem most of time . Is anyone else faced similar issue and able to overcome by following tutorial or course ? Any kind of leads to overcome this Issue will be helpful . TIA

want to interview at MBB again. Last year i had started the process but had to stop the process due to severe family emergency. What followed was depression and im doing fairly better now. Feel it’ll look bad trying to join MBB after starting at a new bank. What to do?

Have others found it hard to transition from Audit to Financial Analyst? All the recruiters I’m meeting with are telling me I probably won’t get an interview since they’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.
It’s discouraging because I’m a fast learner, and from talking to my friends who are Financial Analysts, it doesn’t seem like what we do is so dissimilar.

I'm currently in a process for senior associate at a Big4. The process began on July, yet between the first and second interview it took like 3-4 weeks. And between the 2nd and 3rd like 7 weeks. I sent an email to HR during those weeks asking for an update and didn't have an answer. Then it a 3rd one was scheduled three times (the manager didn't connect to the first 2) and next week I have the last interview with 1 partner. Is the timing normal? Or were they looking for other candidates or what?

Just went through a horrible week with an average 4-5 hours of sleep and now botched my dream exit interview. Life is tough🐟fam.
