I’m new to migraines and think it’s from long work travel/flying plus wildfire smoke. Any tips to reduce the pain and flare ups?

It’s day 2 and CBD oil has only helped reduce the throbbing pain a bit.

Where I traveled to and where I live both have really bad air quality from the smoke so that’s why I assume that.
