I’m in the IHG Diamond challenge now and unlikely to get to the 10 nights total. I got the offer for $200 for Ambassador and 20,000 bonus points after a 2 night stay. I see the free weekend night certificate with a 2 night paid stay, but it seems you have to book an inflated rate for those 2 nights. I’ve been prepping myself to ask for a raise. My annual review (I’ve been at the company just about a year) is happening by the end of March. Should I bring up my request now or should I ask at the review itself? Since I haven’t been at the company long, I have no idea if there’s buckets, or if they will give decent raises this year due to inflation.
