Hello Fishers, need your help to finalize my decision.
I have 5 YOE and I have done a full-time MBA. I am currently working with one of the product organizations as a business analyst. TIAA offering 17 LPA Fixed (Including PF) against 1 counter offer I had of 15.6 LPA Fixed.
My CCTC is 9.35 LPA so should I ask for more here? Also, how are work culture and policies considering I will be part of the BA profile?

If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

I left PwC making 70,600 as a first year senior accountant. Got an offer for 85k + a 20k bonus payable at the end of next year.
Online salary rates are all over the chart and I can't seem to find a reliable range. For those who might have interviewed or are leaving soon what salary amounts have you seen for F500? Need some advice
^ I'm in tax though
You scared me, my offers have been ranging from 70-76k. No bonus at the one I like but at the higher end of that range. Want to negotiate but no real numbers to back it.
Just tell them you are willing to move for this number plus bonus. They either bite or say seeya
Just look for a 20% pay bump from what you make. I got very lucky. All my other offers were mid 70s and a small bonus at year end.
Do recruiter or jobs you apply for confirm with your current employer what you make right now?
@AuditSenior1 no they don't but they do have sources that can confirm the range. Other friends, 3rd party sources etc so don't embellish too much hah
I got a 24% bump, shitty bonuses though
@EY2 approx what is your base? 24% is pretty sweet
25%* Well, NY FSO S1 make around 68-72k, so 25% bump from my Oct 1 EY Salary. Over 40% bump from my Staff 2 (Sept 30) salary though
