What region in the United States is best for real estate investing?

There is no definitive answer to this question as each region of the United States can offer different opportunities and advantages for real estate investing. Some regions may be more desirable than others depending on your investment goals and strategies. Look for any place that has a booming culture and a growing population!

If you are interested in buying and holding property for rental income, then a market like Florida or Texas may be a better choice than a location with high prices and low vacancy rates.

Markets like California or Nevada offer many opportunities when it comes to flipping homes. Ultimately, it is important to do your research and understand the local market before making any investment decisions.

Have you looked at the Midwest? I know that there is a lot of land that is perfect for real estate, and even more, a lot of people has left this area in favor of huge coastal cities, so maybe you can find something good

East Coast all the way! Look at where all the financial and economic hubs are. Especially New England, I would see about opportunities there.

The Northeast has some of the most expensive real estate in the country, but it also has some of the strongest economic growth. This makes it a good region for investors who are looking for strong returns on their investments.

Anyone else here fell for the HODL meme? I didn’t sell my multiple x’s on coins like $VET, $ONE, $CRO, etc (let’s say $50K in lost gains cumulative throughout) during my first bull run last year and ended getting rugpulled by Voyager for my last remaining $USDC. Now I’ve only invested money into stocks this year and can’t fathom putting more money into crypto after this latest FTX debacle.

Anyone have a referral for a retail field trainer? We are a luxury, Seattle based brand. Location is remote with about 50% travel. Preferably located in the LA market. Salary range is $90-$100k plus bonus and competitive benefits.

I make a very healthy six-figure salary for the region I live in—well-above the median household income, etc.—but I constantly see neighbors with more than me. I live in the shitty house in the neighborhood, have a very manageable amount of student debt, drive a used (albeit luxury) car. I am really prioritizing saving for my emergency fund, fixing up my home (mostly doing the work by ourselves), and working on my 401(k). And yet I see young families in very expensive housing. How?!

How often do junior managers engage with clients directly? I am a black man with pierced ears: partner didn’t seem phased, but im still concerned about career progression. Moving from US to UK, worried about UK being more conservative and less open.

Joined a big firm (Big4) not long a go and starting to feel like I got a good grip on my current work.

I've always been very technical, so I think that the only thing I am missing now is making sales. (I really wanna make partner)

Can any seasoned lawyer share tips and materials (i.e. books) which can help?

Would it be a good idea to join a Social Club where potential clients spend time? (gym/tennis/paddel/events)

Any advice welcome!
