EY-Parthenon 🐠! Looking to exit from a Big 4 M&A IT practice as a Manager to EY-P into the Senior Director role. The person I spoke to let me know that SM at my company was SD at EY-P. I have a soft affiliation to Health and Tech industries. Apparently the SD roles aren’t always formally logged on the Careers page. So, I’m guessing my next step is to network my way in. Could anyone here DM me Principal or SD names that I can connect with. I’ll reach out to them on LinkedIn. Thanks in advance. @

You have to be a bit careful as the revenue and sales targets can vary quite a bit across firms. When you see big revenue or sales numbers it can mean that the firm allows multiple people to count the same revenue. Thus there can be a lot of people jumping on the bandwagon for one project and taking credit when few are driving it. You need to understand how things get counted and how many people can get credit. Otherwise it can be apples and oranges.
Yes USD - this is Accenture
7-9m managed, 30m sales. Also own an account revenue target of 55m.
Depends entirely on what you do
This^^^ plus add in it’s also a function of your comp Higher comp = higher goals and expectations
2m USD
3M rev, 20m sales
$9-10mil sold revenue
$13M sales target & 60% utilization target. Haven't been measured on revenue yet.
While It dropped to 55% this year I don't disagree it's high. I'm not a delivery MD just your run of the mill consulting MD at Acc.
Thank you all for your responses. This is significantly higher than what I’m currently delivering at my firm (which is a lot smaller). I expect some additional leverage through cross-selling opportunities but not sure whether that’ll propel me into this ballpark. Kudos to you all!
I expect smaller firm = smaller clients. So even without a lot of cross selling your average project size should be higher at a B4 by default.
