Can someone pls guide me about the relocation parameters within FIS. I work out of India location and applied for IJP for London as my husband is moving there. In parallel my team came back saying they want to retain me and willing to create a position in London but that will involve alot of approvals due to increased cost. I’m a manager now and my property offered me a director position… but the salary is still low! To make six figures, it’ll take another 5-6 years to grind it out.
