Hello, I just had to vent a little and maybe ask for your opinion. So I’ve been working at my job for four years now and I’ve never gotten a promotion. On top of this, I do extra duties that my coworkers don’t do and struggle with the work load. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and am not sure what to do. Help! There’s like a million articles on HBR alone that talk about tech stacks and tools, and how companies throw money at them without having strong processes.
