What salary would you expect for an internal audit role for an experienced senior associate coming from PA? **in NYC

Apologizes if this is a dumb question: but do companies keep the same pay for every employee regardless of location?

For example: paying someone a base of 80k in Georgia vs paying someone 80k in California

or do they make exceptions when it comes to base salary on location?

My wife is up for a promotion to Martech Director. We cannot find good data on where salaries are at for this level of position. Midwest region. 11 years experience marketing analytics leader. Been with company for a couple years and successfully navigating other tech stack discussions including developing people, vendor selection, project management and everything that goes with being a Martech leader who’s been around the block. Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket. Wondering what the usual tax bracket is of people retired (around 65yo) as I’m not sure anything would bring in significant income with the exception of investments. Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there.
