Where’s 2007-2009?

Same happened to that crash too. Fake rallies

Sure. But no one knows this until after the fact (and no one remembers who forecasted incorrectly afterwards anyways, just the small sample that happen to be right).

The bounce from the Feb ‘09 bottom could’ve followed a similar pattern, but instead went up +300% in the next 10 years. All hindsight 20-20.

like

I can't wait for the crash.

I say don’t fight the fed.

I remember April 2009 when everyone waited for banks to fail stress test. The rally that started in Feb 2009 went on for a good decade.
Folks, buy undervalued, solid assets without trying to find the bottom.

Seattle Salary?

I'm a civil engineer with 2.5 years experience in the water industry with an EIT.

I'm interviewing with a company for the Seattle area and moving from a lower cost of living area. Glassdoor is guessing around $120,000 which seems high to me when one of my friends in the area is making $84,000 (same field and experience)

What is a fair pay I should be asking for?

Hi All, recently I gave tests of a company (2 weeks back). Tests went okay. Quant i could not answer a some of the answers, but remaining two tests (one on ML, one on reasoning) i am sure I got almost every question right. I have not heard back from them yet. Yesterday the head of analytics of that company visited my LinkedIn profile. I wanted to check if i should approach him on LinkedIn and if yes, how should I do it? What shall I message him?

Or is it better to wait?
