What separates an average Workday Consultant from an amazing one?

Thinking about jumping from a Havas agency to an Omnicom one. Would I just be swapping one corporate overlord for another? Should I just try to go an independent shop (if any exist anymore)?

If an employer told you a bonus was coming your way, but then their boss determined that you were ineligible and no one told you until after the date of payment already passed and you asked where your money was…would you be upset? I was…especially since I had in writing I met metrics, and the amount that was owed. Their boss decided based on the policy language about tenure I was ineligible.
