What should a CW in NYC ask for in terms of salary from pharma?

My expectations - 27- 30

Like i want to know the max i can ask from them. All interviews are cleared and currently they will send their first offer in some time.

I struggled with binge drinking for many years after my mom passed away. I have been sober for the past 12 months. what's the best way to get into pharma after working as a pharmacist for 5 years? I graduated with a PharmD and worked in retail pharmacy from 2016-2020 due to visa status. Even then it was hard to make a transition into pharma so i tried hospital job. I hated it so after 6 months, i switched job again to PBM. Now i feel it's even harder to get any entry level job. and wondering if i should go back to school to reset my career (ie. MBA or HOPE) Thoughts? I desperately need some guidance.

I feel like a handful of companies aren’t making it very clear if they are willing to hire you as remote and/or hybrid. What has been everyone’s experience while applying during these new times? Have you just been applying to whatever job post peaks your interest and then discuss during an interview what you are expecting?

Anyone else here working in pharma out of necessity? I swear I’ve never been so bored in my life. I zone out in every meeting.
