Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Slightly off topic - I got offered by JPMC and will be relocating to Hyderabad next month. Never been to Hyderabad before and was wondering which localities should I search for rental accommodation in? Based on my research I was thinking of Madhapur, Gachibowli and Kondapur. Any thoughts? After weeks of no contact Goldman Sachs have finally come back to me with an offer of £75k for an associate role within Global markets ops (collateral management) in London. I initially gave them salary expectation of £80-85k and have 2 competing offers around £80k range. I’ve tried to negotiate and tried to ask for higher but they won’t budge or match my other offers. They’re saying the pay is in line with the peer group and my experience (7.5 years). Am I being lowballed? Goldman Sachs

I thank him and said will get back to him, is there still room to go? Is this offer final Amazon
AmerisourceBergen specialty Canada is smart they pay big bonus (up to 10k) to look like it’s competitive, but really the base pay sucks. We are a third party providing patient support solutions. (Patient support program)Abbvie took over the program but not in house so so we ABSG are running it and I’m sitting at 54k with 10 years of experience. At this point I’m either going to have a talk with HR or start applying to an actual pharma where I can get paid accordingly. Any ideas how to bring it up
