What should a seasoned bookkeeper make per hour/annually?

Hi All
I have an offer from Deloitte USI worth 8 LPA + 10% Variable (position: Business Analyst).
My current company (Not a big4 / tier 1 company) has now offered 9 LPA to retain me.
What should I do? Shoul I stay here or join Deloitte and take the advantage of the big4 and tier 1 company tag? I'm very confused - could someone please answer me?

Are there any in house entertainment roles that are particularly good? Netflix is obviously FAANG but I’ve heard the culture is cutthroat. On the other end of the spectrum, heard the traditional TV networks pay terribly. Any other options? What about in house music roles? Is that a thing?

I've recently started in an IT company 3 months ago with little IT work experience but holding an associates in Computer Science. Part of the contract stated I would get a salary bump if I completed X amount of certs in 3 months. I've smashed those certs out of the way while aggressively completing tickets from our que as efficiently as possible. I moved to US a couple of years back and did my CPA. I accepted an offer of 58k for tax associate at a PA firm. Getting experience was my priority. Now after 3 years I am at 76k. Priority has shifted from experience to money. Is 76k low/high/about right for 3 years of experience at a mid sized firm?
