What should a staff 1 in fso advisory in New York expect to make after their internship?

I need some help and advice! I have a new intern from Europe and he is related to higher ups! He is very dismissive and overlooks anything I say, arguing thy he doesn’t agree with what I’m asking him to do! Completely closed to learning! He goes behind my back, lying and throwing me under the bus! What should I do? I’m completely lost, since this is the first time I have someone this rude at work! What should I do?

My friends daughter has two internship offers at RSM and Grant Thornton. Does anybody know if all well performing interns receive an offer at these firms or if they only provide job offers to a certain percentage? Thanks in advance!

If I have already signed an offer for an internship and sign another one that takes place before the first one. Should I notify the first bank about this? Since we only have a contract for that specific time period I think it’s not relevant but wanted to ask here anyway.
