I have seen many posts on Publicis Sapient saying about their bad work culture and work life balance. I wanted to know if there's anyone even exists here from PS who is happy with thier project. Please respond. Will help me decide to stay here or not!. I recently joined PS and on bench since few months.

Just say no to planner portfolios. We’re not creatives and campaigns aren’t the only work we do of value.
I have a set of decks (insights, comms plan, briefing deck, brand strategy, etc) that I’m able to walk someone through as needed.
As someone hiring, I’m much more interested in hearing you talk through the way you approached a problem, then if you have some recognizable creative.
So, for sure supporting the creative output of the agency (not just the creative department) is a big part of the job. There are some things that planners are positioned to take advantage of that aren’t just the brief.
- build client relationships and have a central voice in annual planning. This helps establish the conditions to sell work more effectively.
- deep integration into any research/future product dev agenda to help steer thinking way upstream of a client brief.
- build additional revenue streams for consulting type projects like innovation, branding strat, branding design, internal client workshops, etc
- work with accounts to identify and plan organic grow and revenue opportunities.

:D thank you so much!!
I have a portfolio and I love it when other strategists do. Makes it easier to see how your brain works. I don’t tend to put full briefs in mine but will sum up key parts of the brief with some notes about my process / how I got there, and then share key output alongside whatever journey / connections / GTM plan I helped create. I also put some thought pieces in that show work beyond the brief.
Portfolios aren’t always something we talk about in interviews, but I also find it helpful to sum up my work that way so I have a clear story in mind when asked about projects.
