I usually say I was looking for more opportunities for growth and a better company/team dynamic or something like that. I think leaving after less than a year is becoming a lot more common so don’t worry too much about explaining that aspect.

I usually say that I was looking for opportunities to grow and didn't feel challenged enough. I feel like that's the safest answer and I don't want to bash teams and managers etc
