What should be my ideal package at 6.5yr exp ?
I was happy at 13 lpa 16 lpa and even 23lpa as i don't spend much and monthly expenses are under 20-30k, but every now and then i hear my friend got X lpa, Y lpa I feel happy for them.

Even after getting a 33.5lpa offer with a good Product Based company everyone is suggesting me to look for counter.

Tech Stack: Adobe Coldfusion 4.5 yr , Python Django 2 yr( currently on this)
Current CTC : 23 lpa(fix)
Offer : 30(fix)+2.6(variable)+1(retention)
