It is difficult to revise once offer letter generated. HR has to get approval from management and provide a reason for the change. HR will 90% say not possible. Negotiating before the offer letter is also risky. Best thing is get offer letter from infy and based on that try for another company. You will get more.

Currently have the FRM title.
I failed CFA level 3 once.

I'm hoping to eventually do CAIA, but only after I'm done with CFA. I'm also hoping to do non-financial certifications, like Certified analytics professional (CAP), and learn about web development.

While I may have the title of manager, I am still an individual contributor. The type of work I do involves quantitative analysis/data analysis/science.

Any suggestions as to what I should start with?

Hello everyone,

I have an information system security officer (ISSO) role and I’m still learning everyday. My goal was to stay for 3 years, get vested, and then start to look elsewhere. I’ve been here for a year and 9 months so far and lately I’ve been feeling overwhelmed/burnt out. I don’t feel motivated and my interest in the work has reduced. I’ve considered looking for other opportunities but at the same time, I want to get vested. Should I wait until I get vested or look elsewhere? Thanks
