What should be the charge per hr for a performance/ digital marketing freelancer with 12 yrs of experience??

Brought in as an S3 at EY. Exp hire. Heard S4 and up is essentially a non-promote. Do I have a chance of being promoted to M or am I destined for S4+ forever? Great perf so far. % raise from S3 to M?

I got offer in May and just noticed that PF is 12% of 15k. Can this be increased to 12% of basic once I join next month?
Any employees working and paying PF monthly can help clarify this please..

Joined Company A, 2 months ago in APM role. Now, I have got another offer from Company B for the same role.

Company A is in real estate, Company B is in healthcare.

CTC at Company A: 21 fixed + 1 retention bonus (1 year)

CTC at Company B: 22.5 fixed + 2.5 variable+ 1 joining bonus

Should I join the new company? Or ask the current one to match the offer?

P.S. both companies are Bangalore based startups though company A is bigger in terms of employees. (1500 vs 150)
