What should be the salary for Manager / Sr Manager having 14+ yoe in project/product service operations? I am at 32 lpa which I think is quite low having worked with top consulting firms for close to 12 years.

Countless rounds of revisions on the sizzle reel from hell, and every time, the client would ask us to ”fix the volume of the music, it’s still too loud.”

There was no V/O. Only audio was the music track. It’s really hard to say “maybe you could turn down the volume on your laptop” without coming across as condescending.

Joined a B4 from another B4 a year ago, and I average about 70 hours of screen time a week. I don’t log off before 11:30-midnight Monday-thursday, and it’s been this way since I’ve started. My entire team is workaholics and see no issue with this, but when comparing my utilization to my peers mine is 20-40% higher than almost everyone. My “coach” is also my engagement leader.
