What should be the package and in-hand for a Software Engineer having 4+ YOE ?

Hi.. I have cleared all 3 rounds of intrvw at ey gds.. got confirmatory call from hr as well. During the salary negotiations, hr qouted "x" amount, while my expectations were "x+y", i asked the hr to see if it can be increased, hr came back with "x-y" offer qouting that business group has approved this much only. What kind of joke is this!

Societe Generale 8Yoe, for java full stack lead how much we can ask? Heard variable pay in SG is around 20 to 25 %. Is that true?

Two pending offers. One for ZS AC level 118k base 10k sign on and 10 percent end of year bonus. Or experience getting ZS to budge on compensation with an offer?
Other for Capgem Sr Consultant level 130k base 5k sign on 6 percent end of year.

Looking to lateral and I'm having issues pulling a writing sample. My problem is that all of my best writing was filed under seal (and I'm a junior associate, so there's not many options to choose from). I've taken a look at the applicable protective orders and I'm not allowed to share them. I've drafted other dispositive motions but feel they are lacking in comparison.
