I thinks it's subjective, after 10 years for PO role if your salary is above yoe*3, then it's good. Since after 30+Lpa and after 10+ yoe the opportunities narrows down.

Yoe * 3 is good. Beyond that is also possible, but difficult. Mostly devs get that kind of salary,
