Always waive.

Why

What D1 said.

Can someone ELI5?

It’s asking you if you waive your right to read the rec letter. If you waive your right it will remain sealed. If you don’t, you can request to see it which may discourage honesty on the part of your recommender

I don’t get it

Waive

Waive.

Everyone will say waive but it really doesn’t matter

Waive. If you have any doubt at all that your recommender won’t provide a stellar, wholly positive review you should probably consider choosing someone else.

Whenever I got promoted to digital ACD a few years ago, I noticed my pay was much lower than I expected for the market I’m in, hard to find skillsets, performance, and visibility I’ve brought to the agency. I’ve brought this up a few times and was told HR would do research into salary equity, but the convo always fades. I put my foot down with my GCD, and she supports me, but I would like to come to the table with my own research. Where should I be looking for accuracy?

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's ALM in Management. They both have the same requirements (generally speaking) including a capstone course that serves as a field immersion course with the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?
