CRT discussion over. Pretty much met my expectations of shitty raise and bonus. Glad I didn't get fired so at least I can look for jobs while still getting paid.

Experienced big4 hire, new to consulting and I feel awkward as if I don’t understand the general culture of consulting. Is this normal? I’m smart and great with the client work but can’t figure out what should be happening with partners, internal projects, peers, etc.
