What should I expect from the Wharton EMBA interview? Please help me with your guidance

Hello! Does any one have any insight/advice for a McKinsey interview? I have a call with a McK recruiter next week to discuss my background, which will hopefully lead to official interviews. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I’m new to exploring the mgmt consulting world.

Also, things at my current firm are changing, Partner does not seem supportive, and it may be best to leave. I have a lot of trauma from my prior search. How to deal?

Currently at a regional ID firm and received a lateral offer from another ID firm with a big pay raise. However before I received my offer I was in touch with the head of HR for a regional midsize (non-ID) firm who is offering the same comp for significantly less billables. I haven’t even interviewed with the latter place yet (though HR advised me that the partners are very interested in my resume) but wondering if I should accept the offer and push the start date so I can renege if needed.
