What should I Invest in?

Hi there! I’m 22 y/o and make 105k in salary.
I live below my means ( converted my moms garage into a studio apartment right before pandemic so I pay no more than $375 to her, her house is paid off) my car costs me no more than $400 per month including gas insurance and payment. My credit score is 780 and I have no loans. I’m unsure of what to do. I tried doing Amazon fba but too capital intensive, interested in airbnbs don’t know where to starts! Any tips?

Any strong opinions on Roth 401k vs Traditional 401k? I max out a Roth 401k but am curious if anyone has found good reasons that I should be focusing on traditional

If salary is not on here or Glassdoor or Salary, what’s a good way to gauge an estimate of the worth so I don’t waste my time? Getting back on the job hunt. I have a hard time knowing how much certain jobs are worth from descriptions and if I’m in the right ballpark for salary. I’ve turned down a couple interview requests bc I would tell them my range. I’ve also spent time on several jobs where the description didn’t match the value. They ended up being 20% less than others in the industry.

I applied for a Global BDM position online and the application asked for salary request I listed $130k-$140k. I had a conversation with a former colleague that works at the company I applied to and he told me the position pay band is $175k -$200k. During the HR screening the TA Rep mentioned to me the salary I put on my application. I told her that’s a good point to start negotiations. Just trying to see if I shot myself in the foot.

In ADP portal, however, I don't see any option that says how much of 1.5Lacs is filled up by pf/vpf. I get options to include elss, ppf, HRA etc etc.

Traditional IRA gained two cents of interest on post-tax dollars contributed while doing backdoor Roth IRA and waiting for funds to settle, what do I do?
