I am a senior consultant (Tech Consulting) in a Big4 (India) who is promised a promotion in October. I have an offer from Accenture Ireland at CL9 level. Is it worth making the move? I have started disliking the culture in my team and thus looking for a change. It would be great if someone could help me out with this. Accenture

I would go for the tuxedo t shirt that says your formal but you still like to party. If you're not up for that, suit without tie would probably be best if you're specifically told business casual in the invite. But make it something a bit more stylish, maybe something with a pattern and a very high end shirt. Good luck with your interview!
Suit and no tie. Stick a thin (ie not bulky) tie in your pocket. Arrive a few minutes early. If everyone had a tie, you can hop into the restroom and put on your tie.
Thanks K -.-
Less is more. Remember that.
Thanks EY1!
No tie
Friday is a little more casual. I'd follow the recruiters lead and ask him/her for clarification if needed.
M1 good advice!
Do exactly what M1 said - the person interviewing you ( at least at Bain) won't have a tie but it doesn't matter whether you do or not
What day is the interview?
B1, Friday
Depends on the MBB
So if an e-mail says "business casual" it means tie for McKinsey and no tie for Bain/BCG?
Will do, thanks B1!
K1 is a dick
Suite no tie. Or sport coat and slacks
What the eff? Which MBB interviews without ties??
