What should my priorities be for the first 6 weeks at a b2b SaaS company if the objective is to onboard 10 new paying clients?

What should I plan to be doing on a daily basis? (Still new to sales and want to be approaching it correctly)

P.s. Perfectly okay with cold calling if need be but want to be efficient with time and effort.

Oh, b2b product sales is a different ball game. Week1: spend time to understand the product very well. If you are not convinced you can’t convince a prospect. Week2: prepare notes on product USP, differentiation from competitors, your elevator pitch, your LinkedIn message, your cold email, your cold call script. Week3: research and prepare list of prospective customers ~ 100. Research in LinkedIn and find potential contacts in those (based on ideal customer profile). Week4-6: use LinkedIn outreach tactics: connect with them, comment on their posts, share a nice content relevant to your product and their internet. Combo selling with outreach on email, phone and LinkedIn

Im a contractor. Another firm has reached out for 100% remote work for basically a lateral move. I really like where I’m at right now. I’m remote but if I turn to FTE which is very possible later this year I would probably end up having to go in 1 or 2 days a week to NYC. My manager knows this is basically a dealbreaker for me. Should I let my manager know I have another firm reaching out but I really want to stay but I’d need to be a remote FTE? They mentioned several times I’m an asset.

suggestions on how to get in touch with small retail owners, managers, or decision-makers?
I'm developing a marketplace and want to see if these retail stores will join. Cold calling a store at a random time might be inefficient given the decision-maker (owner/manager/whoever) may not be there. Any suggestion on how to reach them directly?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to message me directly as well!
