Hi folks,
Can anyone confirm the variable policy of TechM, is it monthly or quarterly.
Heard from few folks that its was changed to quarterly and in offer letter nowhere its mentioned that its monthly or quarterly.simply said applicable as per variable policy.
Any folks recently joined and received salary please confirm it.
Thank you

Whatever you're making now
Maybe youre right. Go through a interview process and find out
Go through a corp recruiter, NOT a staffing agency and your salary history won't matter. 53k is waaaaay to low. 90-100k is very attainable.
I've had interviewers be pretty adamant about current salary. OP: I'd say 80+
I got 80 when I only had a little over 2 years exp. def shoot for 100, they'll likely give it to u....or very least when u have the offer and they know they want u, try to get it up to that.
Don't tell them what you make now
Damn A1 hits the spot
So 53k isn't being lowballed? I feel that it is, and that I can go to another firm and make twice as much.
Maybe
Given that other firms may pay about 90+ for my qualifications, how do I avoid having my salary history potentially impact a lower bump if i switch firms?
There are bands. You'll get paid where you fit in. If you take a short term hit compared to your peers, you're still making more than you are today. Start applying if you think you're underpaid and unlikely to see the pump you want. Only way to get it up
Don't tell them your current salary, instead say what you are looking for
Don't tell them how much you make, only tell them how much you expect to make, and hope they're not too adamant 😀
Region? I would say at LEAST $70k
What's the best way to apply? I don't know anyone at other firms?
